Modified date values are off for all backups generated on Cloud

      Summary

      The modified date for every JIRA backup generated on Cloud is showing wrong date/time values currently.

      Seems to be due to the achieving application that ZIPs the backup during backup creation.

      Workaround

      No workaround for this.
