Custom field of type (Message Custom Field (for view) is not respecting the issue layout configuration

Problem Definition

• The custom field of type (Message Custom Field (for view) is not respecting the order according to the issue layout configuration.

Expected

• If you create a custom field of type (Message Custom Field (for view) and set this field as secondary if the field has no value the field must be under show more because it's empty.

Actual Result

1. If you delete the value of the field, (If the field was created with a value), the field will be above the show more (even configured as secondary) the field will be showing as a primary field.
2. If you create the field with no value and set the field as secondary in the issue layout, the filed will not show up (like the field were hidden or just disappear).

Workaround

• There is no workaround for that.
