Changing Assignee with post function shows incorrect info in user profile activity feed

Summary

Changing an issue assignee via a post function shows an edit is performed by the user noted in the post function under the users profile "Worked on" activity feed, but on the issue directly under the issue history the User that performed the edit is listed as expected and is causing a data discrepancy between the two locations issue history tracking mechanisms.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a post function to a workflow:
   • "Update Issue Field"
   • Issue Field = Assignee
   • Field value = a defined user
2. Transition the issue through the transition with the workflow
3. Navigate to the users profile was listed in the Post function

Expected Results

The User that executed the transition will show the edit under their profile matching the value under the issue history tab and no edit event is shown under the uses profile that was added to the issue

Actual Results

The user that is noted in the post function will show as editing the issue under the "Worked On" activity feed while it shows the user that executed the transition as the one that edited the issue under issue history causing a data inconsistency.

Workaround

Use the Issue History tab on the issue directly to identify the actual user that edited the issue
