      Summary

      When using the new issue view, history does not show the first entry.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an issue on next-gen or business project.
      2. Change the activity to History.

      Expected Results

      The first entry is "User created issue - 11 minutes ago"

      Actual Results

      It shows nothing until someone does something on the ticket.

      Workaround

      Disable the new issue view by going to your profile > Jira Labs and then open the ticket through Issues and Filters (outside the project).
