Stuck on overwrite mode when inserting text in the comment section in Issue view

      Problem Statement

      Inserting Text on comment section overwrites existing text, randomly.

      Steps to Replicate

      1. type 'ABCD' in comment text box
      2. move cursor to before 'C' (there will be a blue highlight on 'C')
      3. Typing any other characters overwrites the following characters

      Expected Result

      Text inserts between B and C

      Actual Result

      Text are overwriting C & D

      Workaround

      No workarounds, issue resolves randomly
