      Issue Summary

      Import from Server to Cloud failing with NullPointerException

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Generate a backup on Server
      2. Start an import into Cloud using the backup generated from Server

      Expected Results

      The import would complete successfully

      Actual Results

      The import fails with the following error:

      Error importing data: com.atlassian.jira.log.clean.PrivacySafeException: Privacy-safe boxing of a java.lang.NullPointerException

      Workaround

      This error is an intermittent error, therefore, trying a new import could work.
      In case the problem persists after multiple attempts, contact support.
