Very often I find that my team gets lots of notifications through slack, especially for support requests from internal teams. I have been able to create an email relay so that emails to my teams support email address goes to Jira cloud, however there is no such functionality with the slack bot integration.
I propose that the Jira Cloud slack bot should allow a command in a thread to publish the entire thread details into a new Jira ticket and a link to the slack message thread. Or if a ticket already exists from the same thread then it should update the ticket with new details.
This would be very useful to bring all support into one location and not rely on memory for finding which threads have been discussed and which havn't yet.
