Fabric editor should not convert quotes to smart / curly quotes

      Description

      When in the new issue view, the text editor used converts quotes to smart quotes. As this character is different than the regular quote, it may be necessary to manually replace all occurrences.

      How to reproduce

      1. Open an issue in the new issue view
      2. Add a comment containing "

      Expected Behavior

      As in the old text editor, quotes should not be updated:

      Actual behavior

      Quotes are converted to smart quotes. This does not happen when adding quotes to a code block.

      Suggestion

      Change the text editor so that smart quotes are never added
