Ability to edit the "Jira Concepts - Issues" document

      Problem

      When creating a ticket from inside Jira, there is a question mark button ("?") besides the priority value. It leads the user to a page called "Jira Concepts - Issues", which has some information about issue types, priorities, statuses and so on. Some of the information provided can confuse users while creating a ticket.

      Suggested resolution

      Create the ability to edit this page in order to "customize" the information to reflect the instance details.
