Gadget 'created vs resolved' returns 0 issues when in specific timezone

      Summary

      The chart gadget 'Created vs. Resolved' returns 0 issues for the November month when the timezone of the user is set to Sao Paulo. Apparently, the issue is caused because November is the month that Brazil's enters in DST.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Created vs Resolved chart for the last year (or at least until October of 2018)
      2. Set your timezone to GMT -03:00 (Sao Paulo)

      Expected Results

      The gadget returns the correct sum of issues for all months

      Actual Results

      November of 2018 returns 0 issues.

      Workaround

      The only available workaround is to change your own timezone.
