JIRA Create Screen Configure fields UI will not render correctly if the screen has a high number of fields and/or tabs where you will not be able to scroll and choose the field.
Environment

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a screen with a high number of fields and tabs
2. You might need to resize the windows, at it depends on the proportion
3. Click on the Configure fields button to manage the fields you want the screen to show

Expected Results

• JIRA will show all fields available for the screen in Configure fields UI
  Actual Results
• The window has a delimited size and doesn't display all the fields below:

Workaround

1. Zoom out the browser view to 67%
2. Refresh the page and click on Configure Field it will display all the fields as shown below:
   •
