Issue Summary

Trying to use the option "Log Time" in the New Issue View is not working, unless you click in the "Show More", to load all the fields

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a JIRA issue
2. Click on the "..." button and then "Log Time"

Expected Results

It should open the Time Tracking pop-up.

Actual Results

It doesn't, without throwing any error.

Workaround

There are two workarounds:

• Click on the "Show More" option, so the pop-up will be loaded;
• Disable the New Issue View.
