Webhook for adding attachment doesn't update the Issue key in the response

But adding a comment does provide the issue key in the response.

Steps to reproduce the issue

• Create a webhook to add an attachment
• Add an attachment to the issue
• capture the response
  We can observe that no issue key is provided in the response.

Workaround

Use {issue.key} pr {issue.id} query param value in the webhook URL as described in https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/webhooks/#variable-substitution-in-the-webhook-url
