Description:

In the new text editor, it is possible to create a code block section and select the code language to be highlighted. Selecting a language does not make the code highlighted, as the option selected is not maintained.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open an issue in Jira
2. Edit a text field (e.g. Description, comment)
3. Click the code block button to add a code block
   
4. Add the desired code
5. Select the syntax to be highlighted
6. Save comment
