Problem Definition

In the new issue view, pasting table from any source to the issue description and comment fields doesn't get rendered correctly.

Why this is important

This functionality is essential for users who directly want to paste a table to the description and comment fields. It will be more convenient for users to use this functionality rather than using the existing one to create tables from scratch in wiki style renderer and manually pasting values to it.
