Make Issue Collectors in cloud directly accessible, not only embedded on a HTML page

      Problem Definition

      At this moment, according to our How to Access Issue Collector Form without Embedding it in a Page documentation, it is not possible to make an Issue Collector directly accessible in the Cloud environment.

      Suggested Solution

      Add the ability for an Issue Collector to be directly accessible.

      Why this is important

      This should enhance Jira's customization capabilities.

      Workaround 

      If the template is set to "Got feedback?" or "Raise a bug" the following endpoint can be accessible as a workaround: 

        site_URL/rest/collectors/1.0/template/form/<id>
