Incorrect Fields listed on Create issue from CSV Documentation

Summary

There are two CSV import options, One is a limited Bulk Create Option available to all users (covered in "Creating issues using the CSV importer") the other is the external system Import option available to administrators (covered in "Importing data from CSV") . EXE: the estimation fields are only available in the External System Import method

In the Documentation for Creating issues using the CSV importer:

Under the section "Tips for importing CSV data into issue fields" it lists Fields that ARE NOT available for this import method, and looks like the table it was copied over from the "Importing data from CSV" documentation where these items do apply, causing confusion between the available options int he Two CSV import options:

• Original Estimate
• Remaining Estimate
• Due Date
• Project
• Comment Body
• Users

Suggested Resolution:

1. Please review and verify the available Fields and remove unavailable fields from the list of options on "Creating issues using the CSV importer"
2. Add a Note to the page indicating that there are limitations on some fields and refer to "Importing data from CSV") for additional import options on missing fields
3. Add A note to the Commonly asked CSV questions and known issues stressing the differences between the two Import options
4. Add Additional links between all three articles with a brief use case description of when to use each of the two CSV import options
