1. Create a new Workflow with the & added to its name - & test workflow
2. Associate & test workflow with 'All Unassigned Issue Types'
3. On the Workflow Schemes page, click on & test workflow:
   

Expected Behavior:

The workflow would be displayed.

Actual Behavior:

An error message is shown:

Workaround:

• If the workflow is inactive, simply edit the workflow and rename it, removing the & character.
• If the workflow is active, create a copy of it changing its name in the process, and associate the workflow scheme to this new workflow.
