Environment

Jira Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

Change the language of Jira to French
Go to any issue and look at the Watchers field

Expected Results

The word should be translated to"l'observation"

Actual Results

The word is translated to "lobersvation"

I18N-2824 For French language, the creation date "now" is displayed wrong "à linstant" instead of "à l'instant"
