Add a description to the Portfolio "Team" custom field

    Description

      JIRA comes with a Team custom field built in that is for Portfolio. Since the field is locked, for users with multiple fields under this same name, it gets confusing filter wise.

      Suggestion

      Add a clear description to the custom field so that it is at least clear in the Basic search what field is being used.
