Scrollbar not available in the attach screenshot Modal dialog in Jira thus unable to view the upload button.

Suggested Solution

Either the scrollbar should be integrated with the attach screenshot Modal dialog or the Modal should resize according to the screen.

Why this is important

Customers are unable to upload screenshots/ attachment as the 'upload' button is hidden in the Modal Dialog when Jira is accessed on machines with smaller screens.

Steps to Reproduce the issue

• Press CTRL + CMD + Shift + 3
• Open an Issue where the screenshot is to be attached.
• CMD + V

Unable to view the upload button.

Notes

This mainly occurs on the Create Issue Screen.

Workarounds

Zoom out 80% (may vary depending on your window size) to view the Insert file button to upload the attachment.
