      Summary

      Unable to play mp4 in Chrome and Firefox

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. While using Chrome/Firefox, add mp4 file in any Jira issue
      2. Once mp4 file added, try to preview it

      Expected Results

      MP4 video will be preview

      Actual Results

      • Unable to preview the file
      • Browser console show the following error 
        VIDEOJS: ERROR: (CODE:4 MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED) The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. 

Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to load because no supported source was found.

      Workaround

      • Use Edge or Safari
      • Alternatively, you can also download the file and play it using an app form your machine
