Add Watchers through Jira Mobile App (Android)

      This has been rolled out for iOS.

      Problem Definition

      At the moment a user can only start/stop watching an issue in the Jira mobile app, however, you cannot add other users as watchers to the issue

      Suggested Solution

      Allow users to add watchers in the Jira mobile app
