Summary

• The issue comment permalink is not displayed correctly from the mobile web browser
• If you have the JIRA mobile application, it will display properly in the client

Environment

• iOS v12.0.1
• JIRA Mobile v65.0.0.579

Steps to Reproduce

1. Copy the permalink from the desktop view of JIRA Cloud
2. Paste the link on a mobile web browser (eg. Safari / Chrome)

Expected Results

The comment will be redirected will be displayed correctly in the web browser

Actual Results

The following error is displayed on the web browser

If you open the issue itself, you will notice that there is no feature to copy the permalink of the comment

Workaround

Remove the /comment/<comment_id> so the URL looks like this - https://<fqdn>/plugins/servlet/mobile#issue/<issue_id>
