Summary
Pasting screenshots no longer working in Firefox when using the new issue view.
Environment
- Jira New Issue View
Steps to Reproduce
- Open an issue with Firefox browser
- Take a screenshot with 'Print Screen' keyboard button
- Edit "Description" field
- Use keyboard shortcut (Crtl + V) to paste the image / Right click > Paste
Expected Results
The screenshot is automatically added to the issue and generates the thumbnail into the "Description" field
Actual Results
Nothing happens
Notes
- This has been tested and not working on Firefox and MS Edge
Workaround
- Use Google Chrome.
