Trigger Issue Move event notification when the Issue type is changed within the same project

      Problem Definition

      Currently, the Issue move event notification is only triggered when Issue is moved into or out of a project. The customer wants to be alerted when the Issue type is changed within the same project.

      Suggested Solution

      Have a notification event when the Issue type is changed.

      Why this is important

      Important to track if any Issue type is changed in a project.

      Workaround

      Issue updated event sends out the alert but it will also send out notifications when any details in the issue is changed including the deletion of an issue comment.
