      Problem Definition

      Right now when there is a problem with the Jira/Slack integration error messages such as "Something went wrong! Please try again later." will be posted on Slack channels

      Suggested Solution

      Manage error messages in a separated place, maybe a dedicated channel or a page.

      Why this is important

      Those error messages not only disrupts the work of users on the channel but it also adds unnecessary data on the channel.
