Summary
When changing the issue security for an issue, the issue history will not show the original value when changing from another non-empty value. When changing from a non-empty value to "none", the original value is shown.
Steps to Reproduce
- create a project with issue level security. It is optimal to use issue level security where "none" is a valid value and has multiple non-empty options. (be sure not to lock yourself out of your test issue!)
- create a test issue and change the "issue security" value between various different values and observe the issue history
Expected Results
Issue history shows the original value and the new value.
Actual Results
As you can see in the above image, the new value is the only one shown, and it is in the "Original value" position. The only exception is changing the value from a non-empty value to an empty one.
Workaround
No known workaround at this time.
