One of our public articles, Changing Server ID for Test Installations, contains instructions about how to proceed when facing a specific problem in our server platform.
This situation, however, also affects cloud.
It would be great to have this documentation reflecting both scenarios, providing our customers information about how to proceed in each different situation.
As a suggestion, I would add the following:
Server installation:
- All the information already provided
Cloud installation:
- If problem is affecting a cloud instance, please contact our Technical support.
That way, customers would now exactly how to proceed on both platforms, as sometimes not explicitly specifying if problem affects server or cloud causes confusion.
