Problem Description

As of now, Parent Status Validator is only for for Subtask to Parent Task (ie Story, Bug etc). By the introduction of Parent Link custom field of Portfolio, it's now possible to link between Story-Epic, Epic-Initiative etc. It would be great to extend this feature to other issue types too.

Suggested Resoution

Allow Parent Status Validator for Story to Epic link (other issue types)
