Summary

Custom field Select List (single choice) and Select List (multiple choices) freeze and take a long time to select the option when it has many options when using the new issue view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom field Custom field Select List (single choice) or Select List (multiple choices) and add 4k or more options.
2. Add the field to the desired screen.
3. Select the desired options.

Expected Results

The options are selected and saved normally as the old issue view.

Actual Results

The field freezes and it takes almost a minute for the option to be selected.

Workaround

Turn off the new issue view.

On the new issue view, it's also not possible to select many options when pressing CTRL.
