Emojis drop-down not available in the new issue view

      When using the old view, we can click on  to add emojis, but in the new issue view we don't have this option, so it's necessary to add manually the characters to add the emoji.

      It would be great if we have this option back.

            I can no longer reproduce this behaviour:

             

            If the watchers of this issue agree, I believe this ticket can be closed, but I will wait a week before doing so in case anyone thinks it should be kept open, Thanks!

            Manually adding the characters is also not working - I frequently use the  and  emojis in my tickets and usually add them manually - they just don't convert to the images now
