Need ability to disable new issue view for business projects

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

Please add back the ability for each user to disable the new issue view for themselves.

This new issue view feature is not ready to become the default view for users. It is missing a number of features, missing fields, and missing functionality that our organization depends on.

We need to be able to turn it off until it is actually ready for use.

I absolutely echo the comments above.  The new issue view must be configurable by admins before you force it on your customers.

I have screens that are specifically configured for our intake & prioritization process, e.g. one that loosely mimics the SAFe epic hypothesis statement with custom fields in a specific order, plus separate tabs for calculating WSJF and capturing other relevant information.

This new view completely destroys my custom screens and is putting my entire enterprise-wide process at risk.  The custom tabs are gone.  All of the fields from all tabs are in some crazy, not even alphabetical, order.  The information on the screen is virtually unusable.  This is really bad.

Just got switched to the "new view". It's completely useless.

The new view shows the description up the top, 80% white-space and all the useful information scrolled over 3 pages in a single thin column. All in a random order.

Also where the old version showed "who's viewing an issue" under the heading, you now scroll 3 pages down, click the "who's viewing" link and get redirected to a completely blank page except for 1 or 2 usernames.

Also transitions have gone from a single click for all the commonly used actions, to 2 clicks.

Also when clicking "view old screen", it only persisted for that single issue, so every other issue that was clicked went to the new screen as well, requiring a further click to get back to old view.

This view completely wrecks the product.

Until the new issue view is entirely configurable by admins, the view is practically unusable!
