Summary

Jira won't save changes when selecting a GMT Offset time zone.

Instead, it displays the following error message:

Jira Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the icon profile -> Personal settings;
2. Select GMT Offset - any, in the Your timezone options;
3. Save changes.

Expected Results

The changes will be saved.

Actual Results

There is an error message and the changes are not saved.
