We have noticed a spike in the number of Russian users reporting having no connection to their Jira instance from their LTE network on their phones (some have said that it works fine on wifi or VPN). We believe this is due to the RKN blocking large chunks of AWS and other cloud providers.

In the Jira Android and Jira iOS apps this has become a major issue with users seeing no connection banners and not being able to use the apps.
