Summary

• When changing the language to Spanish, due date calendar does not show week 2 and it has 54 weeks in 2018.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change your personal settings to Spanish.
2. Click on create and use a form that has the field "Due Date" or "Fecha de Vencimento".

Expected Results

• It shows the same calendar as any other language.

Actual Results

• It does not show week 2.
• The calendar shows 54 weeks.

Notes

• If the language is set to English, it shows correctly the week two and the year has 53 weeks.
• For 2017 and 2019 it shows correctly for any language.
