    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

It would be handy to have a report available in Jira/Confluence which can provide information about for how long a particular user has been active in a cloud application. It would be even better if the report can include information like the pages they viewed/worked on, the issues they worked on etc.

It can help site admins see which users are using Jira/Confluence more and use this information for estimating the actual number of licenses needed.

Currently, cloud applications only tell when a user was last active. Another option is to export users on check who logged in last when but it is not very practical for reporting purposes.

There are quite current ontology-based log schemas available that are suitable:  https://w3id.org/ColActDOnt

Must have. I have some contractors and want to monitor activity and productivity.

We want to support users with very low or low usage to use Atlassian Services intensively. Only then can we profitably promote the full power of Atlassian Services. What are the ways to identify users with very low or low usage?

            Hi Team,

This is so important to track the details of any user.

Request you to please implement the same.

            Thanks!

Please this feature is another must.    We used to be able to see this data in the server instance.

Not just the main product. but also those App/Plugin from marketplace. If there's a way to view how each is used, it will be very handy.

Allow me to add my voice to this request.  The ability to track activity would be valuable for my productivity assessments across my teams.

This is a very important feature that we need.
