Allow to add Last Comment and Last User Updated Comment column to the issue filter gadget

As a user, it would be great to have the ability to add the Last Comment and Last User Updated Comment to the issue filter gadget so that this can be viewed in the dashboard

This would allow users to easily view the last comment made on issues without having to go to the issues.
