Description
Summary
Notifications that are sent out due to updates to multi line fields are now showing carriage return and line feed. Multi line fields like comments are unaffected however.
Steps to Replicate
- Set your user to receive notifications on issue update.
- Create a multi line custom field and add it to the edit issue screen.
- Create a ticket and then edit the customer field from step 2. Make sure the new value has multiple lines.
- Check the notification that you receive from the issue update.
Expected Results
Issue update notifications should not contain carriage returns and line feeds.
Current Results
Issue update notifications are showing carriage returns and line feeds.
Notes
Ticket History is also showing carriage return and line feed.
