Problem Description

Currently there's no option in profile drop-down list (see screenshot below) to reach out to Atlassian support team.

Users need to contact support through the following URL when they need assistance:

• https://support.atlassian.com

Suggested Solution

Add an option in profile drop-down list (e.g Contact Support) that could redirect user to Atlassian support: https://support.atlassian.com/
