IssueDetail Panel on JIRA Cloud

      JIRA server platform has a feature called 'jira-issue-detail'. It allows developers to display issue details page on their own plugin view.

      I would like to have the same possibility on the JIRA cloud platform. I would like to be able to embed DetailView.
