Velocity Chart is based on the estimation statistic.

Out of the box:

1. estimation is done by story points
2. bugs do not have story points

This means that a lot of the work done by the team is not calculated into the velocity.

I suggest to add bug count per sprint and to display rolling average of this number, as well as rolling average of the story points.
