Summary
When using Chrome, if adblock is enabled it's not possible to share filters.

Environment- NA

Steps to Reproduce

1. On Chrome install Adblock chrome- https://www.getadblock.com/

1. Create a filter and login to the URL of the filter eg https://<instance>.atlassian.net/secure/EditFilter!default.jspa?filterId=<xxxxx>
   
2. Check options at AdBlock
   

1. You see that the shared filters do not exist
2. Temporarily turn off the shared filter using Adblock/Options/Pause On This Site
3. Refresh now shows the Shares Populated Correctly

Expected Results
The option to share the filter appears

Actual Results
The option to share the filter doesn't appear

Workaround
Disable Adblock
