Summary
An add-on developer needed to create a page /secure/com.acme.addon.Configuration.jspa. But could not because this page always redirects to a page which says 'Classic boards are no longer available.'

Steps to Reproduce
- You can reproduce by opening any of the pages below (Note : This is just to highlight that these pages behave that way and as such we expect all Atlassian URL to behave the same way)
- https://<instance>.atlassian.net/secure/com.myin.wth.Configuration.jspa.
- https://<instance>.atlassian.net/secure/com.acme.addon.Configuration.jspa.
- You will come to a page that says 'Classic boards are no longer available'
Expected Results
- For the add-on developer , the actual content of the page above if valid should be displayed.
- For the normal instances , this page should hit a dead link page
- In a normal instance this is the error message of 404 in Debug console HTTP

Customer feels this is an annoyance and at least should be public fronting so other developers like him will not face the same issue
Workaround
Issue can be easily worked around by using any other URL instead of 'Configuration.jspa'
