Ability to convert to sub-tasks from board in 'New Jira issue view'

      Problem Definition

      Currently it's not possible to convert issues with standard issue type to sub-tasks from board ('Active Sprints' or 'Backlog'), when the 'New Jira issue view' is enabled.
      The option for converting to sub-task is available when you directly access the issue page, or when 'New Jira issue view' is disabled.

      Suggested Solution

      Please implement the ability to convert issues to sub-tasks in boards when 'New Jira issue view' is enable.
