Summary
No matter the configuration set on Look and Feel for Date format, it will always been displayed as yyyy/MMM/dd on the new issue view
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Look and Feel Date format
- Edit the Date format to something different from yyyy/MMM/dd, as example, set to dd/MMM/yyyy
- Go back to issue creation page
- Create an issue and set the Due Date
- Go to the board and click on the card
- The new issue view will open, check the Due Date format, it will be displayed as yyyy/MMM/dd
- If open the issue directly, the Due Date format will be displayed exactly as is configured on Look and Feel

Expected Results
Due date should be reflecting the same format as configured on Look and Feel
Actual Results
No matter the configuration set on Look and Feel for Date format, it will always been displayed as yyyy/MMM/dd on the new issue view
Workaround
Access the Personal Settings (https://<INSTANCENAME>.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa) and de-activate the new issue view and add the due date to be displayed directly on card layout.
