Summary

Ctrl + C, commonly used as a shortcut to copy content, behaves as if Control key is not pressed, opening the Create new issue dialog window.

Environment

• Jira Cloud
• Chrome v66 browser
• Effects both Windows and Mac client environments

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to System Dashboard or Issue Screen
2. With the cursor, click and select some static text on the screen
3. Then attempt to copy the selected text (excluding text in an  field) with your keyboard shortcut Ctrl + C for Windows, Command + C for Mac

Expected Results

Copy selected content only.

Actual Results

Issue creation screen is opened, in addition to copying the content selected.
