      Problem Definition

      Trello importer tool in Jira Cloud hits Trello's API rate limit causing the bug tracked as JRACLOUD-69254

      Suggested Solution

      Adjust the Trello importer in Jira so that it doesn't hit Trello's limit of 300 requests per 10 seconds for each API key and 100 requests per 10 second interval for each token.

      Why this is important

      Users with a large amount of Trello are unable to import data from Trello in to their Jira instance due to rate limits documented at https://developers.trello.com/docs/rate-limits
