Can't set time estimate using issue-detail view if Time tracking is in Legacy mode and New Issue View is enabled

      Summary

      When using issue-detail view (from a board) one is not able to set a time estimate by clicking the field and inputting a value, if "Legacy Mode" is enabled in the time tracking configuration

       

      Environment

      • Only happens if new issue view is enabled

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable "Legacy Mode" under time tracking global configuration
      2. Go to a scrum board and click on an issue
      3. Edit the field by clicking and adding a value

      Expected Results

      Value be inserted on the field normally

       Actual Results

      Value is removed and defaults to "none"

      Workaround

      Turn off new issue view
      OR
      Disable legacy mode for time tracking
