Page size configuration doesn't change

      Page size is not being applied after changing the preferences.

      Environment

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. go to the System > Default user preferences
      2. change the value of "Number of issues displayed per issue navigator page" e.g: 100 issues per page
      3. See "all issues"

      Expected Results
      The page should display 100 issues per page

      Actual Results
      The page shows other values, 50 issues per page for example

      Workaround
      None

            Hi everyone,

            Thank you for previously raising this bug and bringing it to our attention.

            Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each bug request but admit that not each one will be resolved. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this bug to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira users.

            Hi, this bug is impacting Jira's performance and experience dramatically. I have this value set to 200, which extremely slows down new UI, and I am not able to revert it back to 50. Literally losing minutes of working time on it daily.
